CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All Active Load products are based on strain gauge transducers. The strain gauge transducer designed in varying formats to monitor Load, Force, Torque and Pressure.

Load Cells.

Many of the custom manufactured load cells are load monitoring pins, used to replace existing clevis pins in existing assemblies with strain gauged load pins. Others are compressive load cells designed to monitor the force within thrust bearings.

Force Sensors

Many of the force sensors are multi-component to measure the force in various axis, these include bending moments and torque. Also small load beams are used a inclinometers to monitor small accelerations.

Torque Sensors

Active Load have designed a number of custom torque sensors that have been included in the pulley wheel assembly.

Pressure Sensors

Active Load have a wide experience with construction vehicle equipment and have designed a number of special application sensors.
